We are delighted to confirm that we now host regular breakfast events, in partnership with Birmingham Cathedral, every Tuesday and Thursday from 10am-12pm.
You’ll find us parked outside the cathedral, which is located on Colmore Row, in our LFB food truck. We serve hot drinks and breakfast items, as well as hand out essential supplies and clothing.
This comes in addition to our mobile ‘walkabout’ teams who go out every evening across the city centre, from 6.30pm/7pm.
We are so happy to be able to build on our offering; not just providing even more food to those who need it, but also friendship too. At our breakfast events we’re able to connect with the guys and girls out there, check in with them to see how they’re getting on, and also help with advice and support required. We also welcome other charities and projects who are there to give specific advice; most recently, Christy Acton from Standing Tall, which helps people off the streets and into employment.
